Cancellation Policy:
We at the Pineapple Hill Inn understand that plans can unexpectedly change. We make preparations, including purchases based on reservations. We are happy to offer a credit for a future stay equal to the amount paid for reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival. Should a refund be requested, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee, per room reserved.
Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will not be refunded. We will reschedule the reservation one time but no refunds will be issued if you reschedule and cancel a future reservation.
The Pineapple Hill Inn does not take responsibility for changes to your reservation due to inclement weather, unforeseen changes to travel plans, personal sickness or injury, or family emergencies. We do recommend trip insurance for assistance with these unforeseen occurrences.
As of April 1, 2023, refunds will no longer be issued for Covid related illnesses. NO EXCEPTIONS!
